A Typical Day at The Academy at Rowland Ballard

A daily schedule gives children the stability and security they need early on in life. That’s why we strive to provide a stable framework that adds structure to our daily lives but also leaves plenty of room for spontaneous and additional activities.

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM	Circle Time/Pledge of Allegiance/Letters and Numbers
9:00 AM – 9:45 AM	Table Time/Whole Group Instruction/Spanish/Writing
9:45 AM – 10:45 AM	Dance/Gymnastics
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM	Snack Time
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM	Center Time/Computer/Math/etc.
11:00 AM – 11:45 AM	Outside Play
11:45 AM – 12:00 PM	Restroom/Wash for Lunch
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM	Lunch
12:45 PM – 1:00 PM	Prepare for Rest Time
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM	Rest Time
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM	Science and Math/Arts and Crafts
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM	Outside Play
3:30 PM – 6:00 PM	Afterschool Activities
